Version of 26 October 2026. This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Ukrainian version prevails.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is FOP Bohatskyi Arkadii Mykhailovych, 120 Holosiivskyi Avenue, building 3, apartment 34, Kyiv 03127, Ukraine; e-mail shop@ufgo.org, phone +380 50 359 54 43 (“we”). This policy covers the shops store.ufgo.org, store.baduk.org, market.baduk.org, the website study.baduk.org and the BIgo programs (BIgo Reader, BIgo Study). Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
2. What we collect and why
- Orders: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, preferred way of contact, items and total — to agree and fulfil the order, deliver goods and provide digital content.
- Shop account: e-mail, name, password (stored only as a hash), addresses and order history — so you can see your orders and need not type your details again.
- BIgo Reader and program account: user name, e-mail, password (hash), identifiers of your devices (up to three per account), publications bought and borrowed, subscriptions, solved problems and study progress — to issue licences for your devices and sync your progress between them.
- Error reports you send from the programs (for example about a faulty game record): the message and, if you are signed in, your account.
- Website visits: time, page, IP address, browser and referring page. We count daily visit statistics from them (page views and countries); the records for statistics are deleted after two days, and the web server’s technical logs are kept for a limited time to protect against abuse. The IP address also tells the visitor’s country, because some publications are available in Ukraine only.
We never see or store payment card details: they are entered on the page of the bank or payment service.
3. Cookies
We use technical cookies only: the site language (bigo_language), the price currency (bigo_currency), the chosen storefront (bigo_storefront), and the WooCommerce and WordPress cookies for the cart, checkout and signing in. The shops have no third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The site study.baduk.org uses Google Analytics for visit statistics — see its privacy policy.
4. Who receives the data
- delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and others as agreed) — name, phone and delivery address;
- banks and payment services — the data needed for payments and refunds;
- the e-mail service that sends order and account messages;
- public authorities — only where the law requires it.
If you pay by card, the payment is processed by JSC Universal Bank (monobank): you enter the card details on its page and they never reach us; we receive only the amount, the currency and the status of the payment.
If you pay on the Stellar network, the payment itself (amount, wallet addresses and memo) is written to that network’s public ledger and visible to anyone; we add no personal data to it.
The websites and servers are hosted in a data centre in Germany. We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising.
5. How long we keep data
Order data is kept as long as tax law requires (at least three years). Account data is kept while the account exists or until you ask us to delete it; publications bought become unavailable when the account is deleted. Records for visit statistics: two days.
6. Your rights
You may learn which of your data we process, get a copy, ask for correction or deletion, withdraw consent and object to processing, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Write to shop@ufgo.org — we answer within 30 days.
7. Security
The websites work over secure connections (HTTPS) only, passwords are stored as hashes, licences for publications are cryptographically signed, and only we have access to the servers.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; a new version applies from its publication on this page.
